The dilemma is always present. It is because NO ONE amongst them can stand and really say "I am a Filipino, I am after the welfare of the Filipinos". My goodness gracious! really, they are running for self interest. They have vested interest and these are fame, power and money.
You guys.....Yes I'm pointing my finger on you....POLITICIANS! If you are really serving our country why don't you spend your millions with these beggars around. Come on! Get them...love them.....care for them.
Give them shelter. Give them food. Give them clothing. Give them medicines. Give them education. Provide them everything they need so they can pick-up their broken dreams.
Why are you just standing in there? Can't you do that? Yes I know. How fool of me to believe that there is even one amongst you who is willing to take the challenge. What can you get out of them anyways. They are not voters. They don't even know how to read and shade for your name. They are not registered voters. There is no reason to care for them.

There are many candidates that are trying hard to win the votes of the Filipinos. No one will really truly use their money to help the less fortunate people. Most of them are interested on the money and power they will have once they are hailed as politicians. But they should not say that they are the key to end the rising poverty in the country. They should be a role model that having discipline and perseverance will make you a success in life. If they keep on saying that they will give comfort to poor people then these people will keep on hoping and hoping on the promises of the running politicians, instead of taking actions first by themselves on how to improve their own lives. These are the questions that entered my mind when the first time I heard about it. My parents is telling that it is important to vote because they will be our leader for 6 consecutive years. Politics is the dirtiest game of all; it can deprive rights, ruin and destroy lives. I think no one would be trustworthy enough for any position especially the president one. I will not do a crazy things that you are asking for an elected officials give food for the beggars, give shelter for them. Ha....I am a politicians not a philanthropist. And beside there is no allocated
budget for the beggars. Most of the beggars in the street is children those street children have their own family they should be sent back with their family where they belong. And to those old beggars they should be in the home for the aged if and if they don't have a family. For me giving alms to the beggars is a very big NO because we are tolerating them. Second most of the candidates are not qualified to our next leader most of them only want money,power. They always make promise. But what is a promise a promise can be break. ReplyDeleteNow to answer that question raised by my friend: I am not supporting Brother Eddie Villanueva because he is Brother Eddie Villanueva. I have adopted the Bangon Pilipinas Party’s principles in choosing and voting candidates because I believe in the correctness of these principles which is basically the same as that espoused by our Catholic hierarchy. The only difference is that our bishops refuse to go as far as naming candidates. If Brother Eddie is ultimately nominated as the party’s standard bearer for president, I will very likely come out supporting him not because I know him to be good (I don’t know him that well, in fact) but because the movement that will make him win guarantees that he is given the independence of judgment as Chief Executive of the land that the trapo system cannot give its own candidates. For yours truly, that is the bottom line.

ReplyDeleteI agree to you that politicians are aiming for money and power only. They do a lot of commercials and advertisement like billboards, flyers,and other things to get sympathy and to capture the audience attention because in that way, their names wouldn't be forget in the election. If politicians do not know how to value people; People in return wouldn't be able to value politicians. If people are illiterate how they will be able to vote? Their responsibility is to hear the voices and sentiments of people, not the voice of an evil who command them to do selfishness and to be corrupt. We are NOT fool to believe. =p
i will vote the right politician for our country. I may not be personaly help our country , hoping that may vote will be. Yes , this issue is an awakenning call for the firstimers in voting. Since i am still a minor, this coming election i cant vote but, i will be wise to view what are held during election day for me to learn
ReplyDeletea lot of politicians kept on promising that will help you to end the poverty in our country but till now now1 can end the poverty. we nid to vote wisely. politicians needs us only in times of election but the times goes by that they are in their position they done even know you.they always aiming money and power. their promise ill be broken.

every politicians have a knowledge that can confuse the people to vote his/her. but in that case don't be affect be wisely and vote who is the best to elect. if ever politicians are elected they have some of problems, like hacking, corrupting and etc. and that vote your the bet politicians that can help the people. Also in poverty.

You know what's good with the youth today? We are exposed to all sorts of problem, More than those politicians experienced. We are exposed to reality that there are alot of them (politicians) that would only use power over mind and heart, that's why we considerate alot of factors with regards of choosing the perfect leader

Yes,.., NO ONE among them canstand and really say "I ama filipino,I am after the welfare of the Filipinos". Because they are aiming for power and money, then it can unmake our nation. POLITICIANS.....they are wishingtoget our preciousroles thats why our country still as what as of now,theres no improvement.WE are rich in minerals And products but we can't buy our own product or made of filipino.WE as a Filipino we support the made of other country.But according to the abovu statement..Yeah..,, thats right beggars needs education because EDUCATION is more than just dollars and cents...Its an opportunity to expand horizon and personally and professionally and achieves what you want to in your life,,......

ReplyDelete..That's true sir all politicians are not doing their job well and some are liar they say that if she/he became our one of candidates in our ballots they change our community and also the corruption in our country that's why i hate politicians all their promises is a big lies.
..And i hope this coming election all filipino's make their good choice for chossing their candidates in politics.

Being an individual and also a voter I am obligate to vote a politician to built or to make our nation better. But the big question is are they deserve for my precious vote? It is depending on how he/she serve our government or our nation in his /her previews position. To make sure that my vote is in good hand I see to it that he/she is deserving for my vote and I'll based it on he/she had done before. I will criticize first his/her plan and his/her aim for the sake of our nation. Because I'm not a fool just to believe on what does he/she said.

like 'MANNY VILLAR" candidate for senators this coming elections..
he spent and waste his money for making and paying some advertisement while some people suffering because of poverty..
and my suggestion is "spend his money to those who need it" like beggar out there..
some politicians paying money to vote for them,some politicians promise that they will be a good role model and willing to help us to provide our needs and to built our nations to be progress..
but those PROMISE ALWAYS GOES TO NOTHING!
so vote wisely and think about it, if our vote is really good..
then if it is not good,someday we will realize..

The election fever heats up in our country. We,who have grown tired of the rampant graft and corruption practices perpetuated by leaders of this present administration, are now looking for a leader who has integrity, right moral values and can inspire Filipinos to once again dream and work for a better future. Filipinos should elect and put into power a whole new breed of leaders who lead the country on the fence of transparency and integrity, thereby creating a government that is more effective and more responsive to the needs and welfare of its constituents.

I agree with this. You don't need to be a president if you want to help people.We can't say who's candidates, or politicians telling the truth, if their agenda can make our nation or not. If they really wants to help, why they can't spend their money on poor people, those who are in need instead of paying those stupid advertisement that cost of millions?!they are power hungry. And the truth is, they want to help us, yes it is true but in exchange of this is the power to manipulate us and the money that they can earn.

The money they spent in their campaigns, advertisement and endorsers should be spent in helping the country men and our poor economy!

We will have a good and peaceful community!
But for now, it will only be a dream.
Let's face the reality and do what we must..

Labour and Conservatism are both theories of the distribution of money and as such are two sides of the same copper coin.
Liberalism is a theory of power and as such it gets to the core and the causes rather than the edges and symptoms of injustice.
I want a fair society but don’t trust the state.

ReplyDeletean exciting event for some people who there's have aim to our naton.. maybe it is a positive or negative.. I, as one of those people who want to reach the progress.. and dreaming that someday our nation will rise up and have a good quality of life..
Truth is there are many powerful candidates, some are rich and some are very popular, the thing is how we can know if they are true or something behind there minds. Some politician are expending to much of their money for their candidacy, they paying a hundred thousand for advertisements, but guys remember the salary of being a president is only sixty thousand a month. Is there are really candidate that expend her/his money for this position? With out thinking of something or hidden agenda?

The election is apt to come,and it is the time they are wishing to come. Today many candidates has their own way of gaining the votes of everyone so that they have the chance to be the next president of the Philippines. They are willing to gamble their money and dignity to be the choose as one. They can anything and everything just to be on the top without looking back with the place they came from. Yes.. Actually some Pilipino are fool to vote the unreasonable politician. Blind in their sweet promises. They vote for the politician that has a good background of family or idolized by the things that they have done... I'm watching televisual and I wonder why Pilipino are easily fooled by the add in TV...

In my hand and vote is for the sake of the nation's goodness. I will only vote who is deserving to the position for the leader of the Philippines.I can compare those candidant's to an "igwana" because they hiding what they really are.
